A little bit about myself.

Hello,

My name is Adrian Banks I am originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, I have been in the military for 16 years. I work for the Muns Squadron managing programs for 250+ people. I have an AMAZING WIFE and equally AMAZING and very smart and engaging Daughter that I tell her every day that she is going to be the first person to invent time travel because already at almost two she is having full conversations and operating our electronics in the house messing everything up (LOL). I enjoy spending time with my family and working on my car, playing some video games, and learning more about the future.

I have been affiliated with the IT realm since 1996 middle/ high school, I have a little bit of experience with some programing languages when I was in high school. Since then in my military career I have been a little bit more engaged in the IT field from Operation/Information security (OPSEC/INFOSEC) to Cybersecurity Liaison for the Squadron (SQ). I am trying to cross train in to Cyber operations (3D0X1) career field client systems, really enjoy the cyber world it is the future. Once I am done with the military I want to try to get into the Civil Service (GS) side of the house for the government and work in the IT department to continue my service just as a civilian. I would like to be an Executive VP for a fortune 500 Company. How I am trying to achieve these goals by completing my BS degree in IT and then going for my master’s in Business management with a focus in Cyber Security or Game design programming.

What I hope to get out of the current class that I am i is a good foundation in Information Technology. I hope that you can learn on this journey with me to my education goal.
